Welcome,
I am a Registered ACA Counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling and a genuine passion for supporting people through life's challenges. My aim is to walk alongside clients as they rediscover purpose, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I believe in the power of healing, personal growth, and breaking unhelpful patterns. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I support clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the ways they relate to others.
At the heart of my practice is the counselling relationship. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate their journey with confidence and hope.
Services
Individual Counselling $160
Individual counselling provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement. It is dedicated time for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can develop healthier coping strategies, build confidence and self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and gain greater clarity, balance, and direction in your life.
Couple’s Counselling $180
Couples counselling provides a safe, supportive, and respectful space for partners to explore their relationship, strengthen connection, and work through challenges together. It offers an opportunity to improve communication, better understand each other’s needs, rebuild trust, and develop healthier ways of navigating conflict.
Every relationship experiences challenges at different stages, and seeking support can help couples gain new perspectives, reconnect, and create positive change. Through counselling, couples can develop practical tools to strengthen their relationship, enhance emotional connection, and build a more understanding and supportive partnership.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) $160
EAP counselling provides employees with a confidential and supportive space to address personal and workplace challenges that may impact their wellbeing, relationships, or work performance. I support individuals with concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, workplace conflict, and life challenges, while providing a safe, respectful, and culturally informed space.
I also support workplaces in identifying and responding to psychosocial hazards, including stress, burnout, communication challenges, conflict, workload pressures, and factors that may affect psychological safety. Through counselling, I help employees build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and support healthier workplace wellbeing.
About
Mind Cove
At Mind Cove Counselling, I bring experience working within small remote communities, supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with care, cultural understanding, and respect. I have completed local cultural awareness training, which strengthens my ability to provide counselling that is culturally responsive, respectful, and grounded in genuine connection.
I support individuals, children aged 5 and above, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and workplaces from all walks of life, offering professional and compassionate counselling support. My experience includes supporting people through complex grief, trauma, anxiety, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), domestic and family violence, relationships, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing challenges.
As a general counsellor, I work with people across all stages of life, from young people to elders, using culturally informed and trauma-informed approaches to create a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
I also provide workplace counselling through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), supporting organisations to strengthen staff wellbeing and create healthier workplace environments. This includes recognising and responding to psychosocial hazards within the workplace, such as workplace stress, anxiety, burnout, conflict, workload pressures, challenging workplace relationships, and other factors that may impact psychological safety. I work collaboratively with individuals and workplaces to identify concerns, develop effective coping strategies, improve communication, and support positive mental health and wellbeing.
At Mind Cove Counselling, my approach is centred on connection, respect, and creating meaningful support for individuals, families, and communities. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges.
