Welcome

I am a registered ACA Counsellor with a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling. My passion is to walk alongside people, helping them regain a sense of purpose, peace, and direction in their lives. I believe in the power of healing, growth, and breaking unhelpful cycles, and I support clients to explore their emotions and understand how these shape the way we live and relate to others.

At the heart of my practice is creating a safe, supportive, and trusting counselling relationship, a space where clients feel truly heard, comfortable, and empowered on their journey.

Services

Indvidual Counselling

$160

Individual counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. It’s your time to be heard and understood, while building healthier ways of coping, strengthening confidence, improving relationships, and finding clarity in life’s challenges.

Couple’s Counselling

$180

Couples counselling provides a safe and supportive space for partners to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. It’s an opportunity to rebuild trust, deepen connection, and develop healthier ways of understanding and supporting each other. Every relationship faces difficulties, and counselling offers guidance, tools, and fresh perspectives to help couples navigate conflict and create stronger, more meaningful bonds.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling $160.00

EAP counselling is a confidential support service offered to employees to help manage personal or work-related challenges that may be affecting their wellbeing, job performance, or relationships. It provides a safe space to talk through issues such as stress, workplace conflict, grief, trauma, mental health, or difficulties at home. My approach is to create a safe, respectful, and culturally informed space where employees feel heard, valued, and supported. Through counselling, I aim to empower people with tools and strategies that strengthen resilience, improve communication, and promote both personal wellbeing and workplace harmony.
